How quickly can you start?

For most suburbs within our service area, we can schedule a first visit within 3 to 5 business days of confirming your booking. During peak seasons like spring, lead times may extend slightly. We always communicate timeframes clearly before locking in a date so there are no surprises.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not necessarily. Many of our clients provide access instructions and let us work while they are at work or away. As long as we can safely access the outdoor areas that need attention, we can complete most jobs without you needing to be present. We send a completion summary via email after every visit.

Is there a minimum booking or contract?

There is no long-term contract required. You can book a single visit or set up a recurring schedule based on your needs. We do have a minimum service time of one hour per visit to ensure we can complete the work to a professional standard. You are free to pause, adjust, or cancel recurring visits at any time.

What areas in Australia do you service?

We currently service metropolitan areas across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide, with coverage expanding regularly. How do you handle green waste?

All green waste generated during a service is removed from your property and disposed of through certified composting and recycling facilities. This is included in the service price. We never leave clippings, branches, or debris behind. For large landscaping jobs, we may arrange a separate waste collection in advance.

Can I get a quote before committing?

Absolutely. Every enquiry through our contact form receives a tailored quote based on the details you provide. There is no obligation to proceed, and the quoting process is completely free. If your outdoor space requires an on-site assessment for an accurate estimate, we arrange that at no charge either.
