Yes. Every price shown on our website includes Irish VAT at 23%. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no additional taxes or fees added at checkout.

Yes. We offer free standard delivery on all orders to any address in the Republic of Ireland, including both one-off purchases and subscription deliveries. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Most Leinster deliveries arrive the next day.

When you subscribe, you receive your full starter kit with your first delivery. After that, refill boxes with fresh seeds, soil pods, and seasonal growing tips are shipped to you on a regular schedule. The Microgreens Starter subscription ships monthly, while the Herb Kit and Salad System subscriptions ship every three months. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing our team.

Absolutely. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. You can cancel through your online account or by sending an email to [email protected]. Cancellations take effect before your next billing cycle, so you will not be charged again after you cancel. Any deliveries already dispatched will still arrive as scheduled.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We never store your full card details on our servers. For subscriptions, your chosen payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

At the moment, we deliver exclusively within the Republic of Ireland. We are working on expanding delivery to the UK and selected EU countries later in 2026. If you would like to be notified when we open shipping to your country, sign up for our newsletter and we will let you know as soon as it is available.

If your seeds have not sprouted within the expected timeframe listed in your kit's instructions, and you have followed the steps provided, contact our team within 30 days of receiving your kit. We will send replacement seed pods at no cost. This guarantee applies to all kits and subscription deliveries. It does not cover situations where plants were left without water for extended periods or exposed to conditions outside the guide's recommendations.
